Be Mentored By Female Experts In The Industry

We are passionate about increasing the participation of women in technology and we do this by making sure women in technology are mentored by the very best across the industry. Not just that alone, they are mentored by people who can connect and relate to their journey as women in technology.

Our mentor/mentee pairing process is done by an AI guided algorithm that pairs you with the very best mentor just for you based on your personality, interest and career role.

For each cohort, there are free soft skill training sessions that occur, focusing on relevant soft skills to help you advance as a career person. So far we have had soft skill training on Communication, Personal Branding and Impostor Syndrome. These sessions are a constant for each cohort and feedback from these sessions have been amazing.

We have successfully held two We-Discover Cohorts and have currently incorporated into the community over 1000 women in technology from across 4 continents of the world.

We believe any woman can aspire for a role in technology and achieve it. This is why we exist, to make it possible, to make YOU possible.
